A for Alexa

Alexa Sneath

I am a teacher with 20 years’ experience teaching in primary and independent schools. I support children with English and maths, using a variety of approaches to suit different learning styles.

I’m trained as a dyslexia specialist teacher; I love working with dyslexic children, teaching them helpful strategies via structured lessons.

I also prepare children for grammar and independent school entrance at 11+.

As a Drawing and Talking practitioner, I can support children to process difficult feelings. For more information about Drawing and Talking please click here.

I am qualified in transformative emotional coaching using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to bring about positive change.

Being outdoors in the open air and immersing myself in nature is especially restorative, and I invite clients to “walk and talk” in nature; walking side by side, we explore feelings and delve deeper, knowing that we are being nurtured and supported by nature.

I love reading, photography, travel, cookery and getting outdoors!
