What I can offer:

Drawing and Talking
I work with an individual safely and non-intrusively, with respect for their pace and their emotional state. The programme is a block of 12 sessions of 30 minutes each, taking place at the same time each week. This intervention helps to build healthy attachments and to process trauma. Walk and talk in nature
When you spend time outdoors in nature, it’s good for you, both physically and emotionally. Nature manages to be calming, uplifting and energising – all at the same time. Some clients choose to walk with me in nature, whether that’s woodland, parkland or by water; walking alongside each other is a great way to coach and be coached, all whilst receiving the benefits that being outdoors brings.
